About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for building intelligent systems that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our dispatch, control room, and WhatsApp operations. Your primary focus will be on automating reports, complaints, and incident logging, while integrating APIs and systems into a seamless solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI bots for WhatsApp, dispatch, and control room operations
- Automate reports, complaints, and incident logging
- Integrate APIs and systems into one working solution
- Work with models like Gemini, GPT models, and open-source LLMs
- Turn real operational problems into automated system
Requirements
- Experience with OpenClaw and Ollama
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with APIs, JSON, and automation pipelines
- Real projects or systems built
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience and skills in AI development, programming, and system integration are essential.
