BOND PARALEGAL WANTED – CAPE TOWN Established Cape Town Bond Centre is seeking an experienced Bond Paralegal to join our growing team! The Opportunity: Manage retail bond files from instruction to registration with a focus on drafting and client service. Work independently in a professional, supportive environment with clear processes and systems. What You’ll Do: ✓ Draft bond documents and manage full file administration ✓ Liaise with clients, banks, and bond originators ✓ Handle financial administration and FICA compliance ✓ Coordinate lodgements and registrations ✓ Issue guarantees and manage investments What We Need: ✓ 3 years’ bond experience ✓ Legal Suite & AJS proficiency ✓ Strong accounting and drafting skills ✓ Service-oriented with attention to detail ✓ Ability to work independently under pressure ✓ Matric (Paralegal qualification advantageous) Ideal Candidate: A methodical, organized professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service and can manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy.
