About the Role

The Human Resources department is seeking a committed and experienced HR Administrator to join their team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function in Cape Town City Centre: Epping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless operations and effective management of employee records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking of appointments
  • Compiling and generating reports for the HR team
  • Compile files
  • Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave, and training
  • Capturing of HR information
  • General employee documentation filing
  • Presenting new employee induction program to new joiners

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in selection and recruitment
  • Proven experience in a HR Administrator role
  • Computer Literacy viz. Microsoft Office Suit
