About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beauty & Skin Care Therapist to join our team in Sunningdale, Western Cape. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skin care services to our clients while working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Skin Care services, including facials and home care prescriptions
- Perform waxing and hair removal treatments, including female intimate waxes
- Provide standard grooming services, such as tinting and shaping
- Conduct back and neck massages, lash and brow lifts/lamination, and dermaplaning treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the salon
Requirements
- South African citizen or valid working permit for employment in SA
- Internationally accredited qualification in Skin Care Therapy/Cosmetology/Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-year Diploma)
- CIDESCO/ITEC/SAAHSP/CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited qualification

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R8,000 per month (negotiable/based on skills and experience)
- Service Commission: 15%
- Retail Commission: 10%
- Tiered performance bonuses available
