About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a generalist HR partner, you will provide proactive support to management, delivering effective people solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, generalist HR partnering support
  • Work with management to deliver effective people solutions
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis
  • Foster positive employee relations and union engagement

Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years generalist HR experience
  • Experience in professional development and training
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation, employment law, union relations, and employee relations

Qualifications

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
