Cape Town City Centre: Junior Financial Manager

Duties: Full financial management and reporting function Monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Preparation and review of statutory financial statements Cash flow management and working capital optimisation Oversight of audits and liaising with external auditors Strong involvement in operational and commercial decision-making Implementing and improving financial controls, processes, and systems Managing and mentoring junior finance staff Minimum Requirements: Qualified CA(SA) 25 years post-articles experience Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Ability to work independently and partner with the business Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach Ideal Candidate Profile: Commercially minded and operationally involved Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels Ambitious, proactive, and looking for long-term career growth Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
