About the Role
We are seeking a Junior HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist with general administrative tasks, support the full recruitment cycle, and maintain employee records. If you have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the LRA and BCEA, and experience in Human Resources, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks for the HR Department
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle by drafting adverts, advertising, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, interviewing for entry level positions, and conducting employment checks
- Induction – on boarding of new employees as and when required
- Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters relating to wages, leave, and training
- Assist with training and development with administrative functions as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Knowledge of the LRA and BCEA
- 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills on all levels
- Confidentiality, tact, and discretion essential when dealing with people
- Computer Literacy viz. Microsoft Office Suite
