About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key technical authority, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimising enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions that drive business value and enhance collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape how our organisation leverages the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient Microsoft 365 solutions that align with organisational needs and strategic goals.
• Create comprehensive architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation for Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Oversee the deployment and migration of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
Requirements
- Expertise in core Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including design, deployment, and administration of services like Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform and Entra ID.
Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications such as but not limited to:
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Optional qualifications include:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
