About the Role
A leading technology-driven organisation in the insurance and digital services space is seeking an experienced Lead QA (Quality Assurance Manager) to drive quality governance, testing strategy, and delivery excellence across multiple development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own QA delivery planning, tracking, and execution across teams
- Define and enforce QA strategy, governance, and quality standards
- Establish release readiness criteria and go/no-go decision frameworks
- Manage QA Leads (manual and automation streams)
- Oversee defect management, reporting, and risk escalation
- Provide clear QA reporting to engineering and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve upstream quality
- Ensure alignment between testing, development, and release cycles
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering roles
- Strong background in manual and automated testing (including UAT)
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and SDLC processes
- Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, or similar
- At least 12 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role
- Experience in managing QA delivery across multiple teams
