About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver and Court Administration Officer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our facilities and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of court requests, messenger tasks, and postal services. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all requests are completed on time and accurately
  • Prioritizes work according to urgency and adjusts route as effectively as possible
  • Coordinating of court requests, messenger tasks and postal services (deliveries and collections)
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly stats to be completed of run sheets and all requests and services completed
  • Regular feedback to clients regarding updates, queries etc.
  • Provides assistance to greater Facilities and Logistics teams
  • Print room services (photocopying, binding, machinery maintenance, stock controls)

Requirements

  • Matric 2 years or more experience in legal services industry (Court systems and procedures)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
