About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing and validation of COID medical claims by assessing claim information and billing accuracy (COID Gazette compliant), reviewing accounts against payment history, managing communication with assigned medical practices, supporting clients with claims-related queries and guidance, following up on outstanding claim documentation, updating systems, and uploading medical reports to the Compensation Fund system. You will also support daily operations, meet production deadlines, assist with training of new team members, contribute to revenue targets, and overall team success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
