About the Role
As a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the company’s B2B email marketing channel from strategy through to execution, reporting, and optimisation. You will be responsible for nurturing an existing database of business contacts, generating engagement through highly targeted campaigns, and supporting the creation of new lead opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute a structured B2B email marketing calendar including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications
- Design, implement, and optimise automated email workflows including welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement journeys
- Segment and manage the company database to deliver highly targeted messaging based on industry, location, and engagement levels
- Monitor deliverability metrics, domain health, spam scores, and database hygiene to maximise inbox placement
- Write professional, high-converting email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action for a corporate audience
- Create visually appealing email templates and assets using email builders, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
- Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, layouts, send times, and content variations to improve campaign performance
- Produce monthly performance reports highlighting engagement metrics, lead generation outcomes, and website traffic impact
- Support social media distribution of key company updates and industry-related content
- Engage and nurture contacts from an existing business database while supporting the growth of new prospect lists
- Contribute to generating qualified meetings and business opportunities through targeted email outreach
Requirements
- 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Email Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, or Digital Lead Generation
- Strong hands-on experience using Email Service Providers such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to build and manage automated email workflows and customer journeys
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create professional, engaging marketing content
- Experience managing audience segmentation and database marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance and optimisation opportunities
- Ability to design clean, professional email templates using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and campaign execution accuracy
