About the Role

CIOVITA is seeking a highly organised and driven Mid-Level Sales Coordinator to join our Custom South Africa team. As a key member of our sales coordination team, you will be responsible for managing standard-complexity custom orders from initial enquiry to final production handover. If you thrive on structure, love owning the detail, and enjoy building strong customer relationships – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own allocated enquiries and accounts from first contact to production handover
  • Qualify leads and recommend the appropriate Custom package
  • Prepare accurate quotes aligned with pricing, tax and lead-time guidelines
  • Create and manage Sales Orders and Jobs in Sync
  • Ensure all system data is complete and up to date
  • Maintain an accurate and well-managed pipeline
  • Log all key customer interactions
  • Use CRM dashboards to prioritise work and support forecasting
  • Execute structured outbound outreach (calls, emails and follow-ups)
  • Identify reorders, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support targeted sales campaigns and client reactivation initiatives

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of sales coordination and order management processes
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple live orders
  • Confident working in CRM systems and operational platforms
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Professional, calm and customer-centred communication style
  • Experience in apparel, custom manufacturing or production-driven environments will be advantageous
