About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Stock Controller to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for managing our premium brand vehicle stock across multiple dealer groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control new vehicle stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Implement and maintain Dealer Management System (DMS) processes and procedures
  • Ensure administrative accuracy in all stock-related transactions and reports
  • Collaborate with dealerships to resolve stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Vehicle Stock Control disciplines and best practices

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in a New Vehicle Stock Controller capacity within the Automotive Industry
  • Evolve Dealer Management System literacy essential
  • Ability to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
  • Premium brand experience is a requirement
  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle Stock Control disciplines and administrative accuracy essential

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License required

We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Stock Controller to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our Corporate Dealer Group, you will be responsible for managing and controlling our vehicle stock, ensuring accurate administrative processes and maintaining strong relationships with premium brands.

  • Premium brand experience
  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle Stock Control disciplines and administrative accuracy
