About the Role

Join a premier hunting and outdoor retailer as a senior driver of online sales and administrative excellence. As an Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales performance and managing all related administrative tasks to contribute to the growth of online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost online revenue
  • Oversee administrative tasks including order processing, inquiries, and after-sales service
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotional activities, and inventory for the online store
  • Provide superior customer service and expert advice to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze online sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Participate in annual stock take and manage online inventory levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in online sales with a track record of exceeding objectives
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and online retail environments
  • Matric certificate is required
  • Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to commute reliably to Somerset West for full-time, in-person work

Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Background in categories like optics, hunting, or outdoor gear is highly advantageous

Salary & Benefits

R10,000 per month plus uncapped commission
