Cape Town City Centre: Portfolio Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Product set-up, maintenance & record keeping Managing & controlling all transactions processed between relevant parties Set-up & maintenance of trading instructions, input & send authorised trade instructions Monitor & check execution of trade instructions via the pricing administrator Monthly monitoring of portfolio positions provided by LISP Confirmation that portfolios conform to latest regulatory requirements Maintain a performance tracker using Morningstar reports and Excel models Create graphs, tables & other information into a reporting format Analyse fee splits between respective parties so that all fees are justifiable to relevant parties Monitor & report to management on the adherence to contractual obligations Data validation using multiple reporting sources Requirements: BCom Investments One year experience working in financial services and/or investment management Basic understanding of comprehensive personal financial instruments, investment vehicles, asset allocation, and concepts of portfolio design / diversification Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel Experience working with Bloomberg Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy Team player who will mentor and support team members
