About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in the road transport industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process supplier invoices within company policies
- Perform monthly reconciliations for all vendor and customer accounts
- Submit payment requests directly to the business finance director
- Manage credit control to ensure timely receipt of debtor money
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to drive ownership
