About the Role

The Recruitment Consultant (Delivery) role focuses on supporting the recruitment process and delivering top talent to international clients within engineering sectors, with a preference for remote work in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be part of an international recruitment company operating in high-value permanent hire markets, specifically targeting Chemical Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Green Energy, and Mining industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize 2-4 years of recruitment experience to source and screen candidates for international roles.
  • Support high-value permanent hires within the United States and Europe.
  • Deliver candidates for roles in Chemical Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Green Energy, and Mining.
  • Manage the candidate journey by writing adverts, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records to ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to fulfill requirements for live roles and client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Previous experience in engineering recruitment.
  • Proven candidate management and sourcing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive and driven individual eager to develop into a full 360 consultant role.
  • Interest in a delivery-focused position initially.

R35 000 – R37 000 plus commission (quarterly), UK hours with potential US hours.
