About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Cape Town City Centre: Airport Industrial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and international trade, with a proven track record of securing international clients and managing complex logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing perishable goods from farmers and securing international clients
  • Managing export documentation and shipping processes, including air freight
  • Coordinating with international customers, suppliers, and commercial stakeholders
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and ERP/export systems
  • Providing excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred
  • 15 years experience in perishables sourcing/Procurement from Farmers and Securing international clients
  • Experience within fresh produce, agriculture, FMCG, or temperature-controlled exports advantageous
