About the Role
The Corporate Company is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating core risk issues, focusing on incident-based investigation rather than continuous surveillance.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Manager on incidents that may affect security, safety, compliance, or operational integrity.
- Conduct investigations into identified incidents using CCTV systems or security monitoring platforms.
- Liaise with Security, SAP, HR, and Line Managers to gather information and facilitate communication.
- Document findings clearly and objectively, maintaining confidentiality and evidence handling standards.
- Review large volumes of video footage with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience working with CCTV systems or security monitoring platforms.
- Experience in investigations, security operations, loss prevention, or risk management is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 and a formal qualification in a related field (e.g. Security Management, Criminology, etc.).
