About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Checker/Controller to join our prestigious retail leader in Cape Town City Centre. As the face of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure experience for every guest while protecting the integrity of our world-class inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Receipt Auditing: Cross-checking physical items against customer proof of purchase.
- Access Control: Managing entry and exit points during trading hours.
- Surveillance: Monitoring floor activity for suspicious behavior.
- Tag Management: Checking that security tags have been deactivated or removed by cashiers.
Requirements
- Security experience in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
