About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data exchange between our business systems and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory)
- Integrate with ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to ensure smooth data exchange
- Own production integration services, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Utilize strong understanding of REST APIs, data formats, and cloud integration patterns to design efficient integrations
- Collaborate with Jira and/or Azure DevOps to manage project workflows and track progress
- Integrate with Azure Service Bus or Event Grid for real-time event handling and notifications
- Apply knowledge of Power Platform governance to ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Migrate legacy solutions to follow full end-to-end governed processes, ensuring a smooth transition
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory)
- Hands-on experience integrating with ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) or similar systems
- Experience owning production integration services
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data formats, and cloud integration patterns
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for project management
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus or Event Grid for real-time event handling and notifications
- Exposure to Power Platform governance
Qualifications
- Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s degree recommended)
