About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Service Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and administering Microsoft 365 tenants, including licensing, governance, and service health monitoring. You will also lead multiple Microsoft 365 projects concurrently from planning through delivery, coordinate internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 tenants including licensing, governance, and service health monitoring.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID: conditional access policies, roles and RBAC governance, identity protection and MFA enforcement, app registrations and SSO integrations, B2B/B2C collaboration, privileged identity management (PIM).
- Monitor and improve Microsoft Secure Score and Compliance Score.
- Conduct tenant posture assessments and access reviews.
- Implement and test business continuity and disaster recovery for Modern Work services.
- Design and manage device management across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
- Package and deploy applications (Win32, MSIX, Store apps).
- Monitor device health, patch compliance, and reporting dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Experience working in an MSP or consulting environment preferred.
- Required certifications: MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, SC-900: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals, SC-400: Information Protection Administrator, AZ-104: Azure Administrator.
