About the Role
Our Client, a leading Web3 product and development partner, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive blockchain integrations, manage digital asset listings, and oversee the full lifecycle of crypto asset support across products built for partner organisations. This role focuses on bringing new assets, networks and blockchain services into the products they build. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for exchanges, stablecoin issuers, banks, market makers, and fast-growing ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership and Direction
- Build and maintain the roadmap for blockchain integrations and asset support
- Identify opportunities for new chain integrations and asset categories
- Define evaluation criteria for asset listings, including technical, compliance and risk considerations
- Guide product strategy for token support, custody models and blockchain infrastructure
- Asset and Chain Lifecycle Management
- Lead token listing processes from discovery to launch
- Evaluate new cryptocurrencies, token models and blockchain networks
- Coordinate with legal, compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements
- Oversee staking support, tokenisation flows or wrapping mechanisms where applicable
- Collaboration and Delivery
- Work closely with engineering to integrate nodes, wallets, smart contracts and blockchain APIs
- Translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications
- Partner with operations, design and BD to deliver smooth end-to-end features
- Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams
- Risk, Security and Compliance Support
- Ensure regulatory alignment across AML, KYC, travel rule and data requirements
- Work closely with security teams to manage vulnerabilities and ensure safe integrations
- On-Chain Analytics and Market Insight
- Use on-chain data to understand asset behaviour, fees, network performance and ecosystem trends
- Guide decisions that improve user experience, reliability and asset availability
- External Ecosystem Engagement
- Build strong relationships with chains, custodians and ecosystem partners
- Represent the Group in technical discussions with external blockchain teams
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- At least three years of product management experience in crypto, fintech or digital asset infrastructure
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token standards, custody models and chain architecture
- Experience managing token listings, blockchain integrations or ecosystem partnerships
- Familiarity with wallets, nodes, smart contracts and staking models
- Ability to work with engineering teams in an Agile, continuous delivery environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly
- A mindset focused on ownership, clarity and high-quality execution
- Curiosity and passion for blockchain innovation and digital asset ecosystems
