Job Title: Team Leader: Production Our Client wants to hire a Team Leader for their Production line in Bellville. Mid career level with 4-6 years of experience required. Report to: Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 – 6 yrs exp) Region: Western Cape Location: Bellville Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities Plan, lead, organize, monitor, and motivate the Production Team Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards Accurate administration of Manufacturing Orders Requirements: Strong leadership, delegation, and team motivation skills Knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, SOPs, GMP, and health/safety standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Grade 12 or equivalent 1-3 years experience as team lead in Production (Cosmetics, Food, or Pharma) using ERP Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Skills: Production Staff Management Training and leading production teams Strong leadership skills Ability to assist in production equipment and processes Technical skills advantages
