About the Role
Our client, a 5-star Luxury Beach Lodge in Cape Town City Centre, is seeking a dynamic Senior Management Couple to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily lodge operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage and train staff across departments, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Handle guest relations, including resolving queries and ensuring personalized service.
- Coordinate logistics such as transfers, activity scheduling and guest itineraries.
- Monitor budgets, stock control, and procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
- Maintain property standards, including facilities, vehicles and equipment.
- Prepare and submit operational and HR reports to senior management.
- Drive marketing and guest engagement initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
- Uphold company values and represent company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in 5-star properties.
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license (essential).
- HIM: FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – All guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid.
- First Aid Level 1.
- Valid PDP.

Salary & Benefits
- Accommodation (couple only, no children or pets).
- Food allowance.
- Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- Uniform provided.
- Provident fund (after 3 months).
- 13th cheque (dependent on company performance).
