About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service administrator to join our team at a Vehicle dealership in Cape Town. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate telephone by answering, screening, or forwarding calls in a friendly manner and in a fast time frame.
- DCS while updating CS & SR (for new and service) with follow-up calls to all customers.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Data capturing and correcting information on Evolve.
- Receive and resolve complaints from customers. Refer to management where necessary.
- Perform administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Service or Workshop administrator.
- Must have motor industry experience.
- Must have experience with Evolve.
- Must have good telephonic and customer relation skills.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience in a similar field is essential.
