About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy Field Sales Agent to drive new retail acquisition and repeat orders for nicotine pouches in Western Cape, Gauteng, and Kwa-Zulu Natal. This fast-paced, field-based role focuses on building strong retail networks and growing product availability across independent trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and secure new retail stockists within the assigned territory
- Convert new accounts by closing first orders and ensuring correct product mix
- Drive repeat business through consistent follow-ups and reorder management
- Execute in-store merchandising and ensure strong product visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail owners and managers
- Plan and manage daily routes for maximum territory coverage
- Log all visits, orders, and outcomes accurately in CRM/field systems
- Report competitor activity and market insights to management
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
- 13+ years field sales experience
