About the Role

As an SEO Specialist at Communicate Finance, you will be responsible for implementing search strategies across various client accounts, overseeing ongoing SEO performance, and developing monthly action plans to drive growth. You will also contribute insights for quarterly performance discussions, conduct site audits, and track website performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background advantageous)

Proven track record of improving organic performance metrics

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Strong understanding of SEO best practices across technical, content, and authority building

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and reporting dashboards

Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic website structures

Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals
