About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our team at Communicate Finance in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various platforms and touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for both internal and external use
  • Develop marketing collateral, promotional material, and point-of-sale designs
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Take design projects from concept through to final production
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with production requirements
  • Support website updates with visual content and design elements
  • Create engaging social media and digital campaign assets
  • Design and format internal communications such as newsletters
  • Assist with content sourcing, layout, and visual presentation
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements
  • Support marketing campaigns through creative execution
  • Assist with idea generation and creative research

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field

3–5 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience producing print-ready artwork

Understanding of digital and social media design
