About the Role
The Staff Connection is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations in Cape Town. We are looking for a professional, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies a strong guest-first mindset.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business
- Local citizens
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Hotel GM within a 4* / 5* environment
- Strong background in operations, guest relations, and revenue management
- Demonstrated commercial & financial management capability
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- High-volume guest stay experience advantageous
