About the Role

Our client, a specialist inbound DMC focused on delivering high-end, tailor-made travel experiences across Southern Africa, is expanding their Groups & Incentives division in Cape Town. They are seeking experienced Intermediate and Senior Leisure Groups / Incentive Travel Consultants to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, cost, and manage leisure group and incentive travel programmes

• Handle group itineraries from enquiry through to final delivery

• Work with international travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers (hotels, lodges, transport, venues, activities)

• Coordinate all logistics including detailed itineraries and documentation

• Manage amendments, changes, and operational challenges efficiently

• Deliver high levels of service with strong attention to detail

• Ensure profitability and commercial awareness on all files

• Provide VIP handling and seamless group coordination where required

Requirements

Strong understanding of Southern Africa as a travel destination

At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in leisure groups, incentive travel, inbound DMC operations, or high-end touring (essential)

Experience working with international agents, wholesalers, or trade partners

Ability to design, cost, and manage group itineraries
