We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Junior Workshop Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our workshop operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the accuracy of data and information within the workshop environment.
• Capture daily activities, including but not limited to work orders, job progress, and inventory levels.
• Monitor information within the workshop to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Conduct bulk data capturing for various workshop-related activities.
• Manage stock transactions and monitor inventory levels to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Matric certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Production-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
