We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytics Coordinator to support our analytics and reporting functions across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role sits at the heart of our data intelligence operations, owning everything from tracking maintenance and validation to dashboard management, monthly reporting, and ad hoc data support. Youll work closely with Account Managers and the broader analytics team to ensure our clients digital performance is accurately tracked, clearly reported, and continuously optimized. In short, this role is for someone who wants to be a reliable data pillar in a results-driven agency keeping the tracking clean, the reports sharp, and the dashboards up to date. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Tracking Tracking Maintenance: Maintain and validate tracking setups in Google Tag Manager across client accounts. Tracking Verification: Verify tracking for all new content that goes live and set up basic tracking events (e.g., click events for SEO clients). Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve tracking issues; escalate complex problems as needed. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date analytics tracking documentation for all clients. Dashboards & Reporting Dashboard Management: Maintain and update Looker Studio dashboards; implement changes as requirements evolve or new clients are onboarded. Reporting: Handle monthly reports and QBRs (data pulls, insight development, and deck creation); provide data updates for SOTU meetings. Lead Attribution: Pull leads from WordPress and assign attribution in GA4 for relevant client accounts. Ad Hoc Support: Respond to internal data requests, perform quick checks, and support Account Managers with data questions. Required Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in a digital analytics or marketing operations role within a digital agency or similar environment. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager for tracking setup, validation, and maintenance. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console. Experience building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with WordPress and basic content management. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Background supporting mid-market or enterprise-level clients. Experience with QBR reporting and client-facing deck creation. Proficiency with Google Business Suite. KPIs for Success Consistent, on-time delivery of monthly reports and QBRs. Accurate tracking setups with minimal errors or missed events across client accounts. Positive feedback from Account Managers and internal stakeholders on data quality and responsiveness. Dashboards and documentation consistently up to date and aligned with client needs.
