Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Assist with audits and statutory reporting
- Supervise finance staff and provide guidance where required
- Oversee the Fleet and Stores department and provide support to the Finance Supervisor
- Analyse financial data and prepare management reports
- Support payroll processing and financial controls
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reduce costs
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
- Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous
- Experience within the security industry is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
