About the Role
Aim Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, administration, and rubber experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. With minimum 2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of stock and branch control, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, stock, and customer service
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and branch performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Strong sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in rubber products and their applications
- Strong admin skills, including data entry and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant sales management experience
Salary & Benefits
