About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Marketer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products or services in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales in the assigned territory
- Conduct market research to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors’ activities
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and other field activities to engage customers and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to align on messaging and campaign goals
- Track and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and make recommendations for optimization
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Equivalent
- 2 years experience in FMCG
- Computer Literacy
