Job Description

Portfolio Revenue Manager Location: Cape Town (Head Office) Industry: Luxury Hospitality Portfolio We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic Portfolio Revenue Manager to drive revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of luxury properties. This role is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies that maximise profitability, ensure market competitiveness, and align with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Optimisation Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive revenue management strategies across all properties Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions Drive dynamic pricing strategies to optimise revenue across all segments Conduct detailed market analysis and competitive benchmarking Performance Monitoring & Reporting Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews for each property Monitor and analyse key metrics including ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to General Managers and stakeholders Forecasting & Budgeting Develop accurate forecasts and annual budgets for each property Analyse long-term trends to anticipate future demand Adjust strategies based on performance variances and evolving market conditions Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue objectives Support group and event sales through strategic pricing and yield management Negotiate and manage agreements with OTAs, wholesalers, and distribution partners Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Team Leadership & Development Mentor and guide the Distribution Manager, Support Coordinator, and Revenue Interns Lead regular revenue and strategy meetings with property teams Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across the portfolio Operational Involvement Review weekly hotel performance metrics and booking trends Lead revenue meetings to adjust pricing and inventory strategies Monitor future demand and pace, identifying opportunities for growth Provide weekly performance summaries and insights to leadership Ensure alignment between distribution channels and revenue goals Provide support in the absence of the Portfolio Distribution Manager and/or Support Administrator Requirements Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within hospitality (multi-property exposure preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into strategy In-depth understanding of revenue management systems, distribution channels, and market dynamics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Why Join Us? About the Role
