About the Role
A results-driven Sales Manager role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source, develop, and maintain key accounts across MICE, leisure, and corporate markets
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and networking
• Build and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and industry networking events
• Manage client entertainment and relationship-building initiatives
• Collaborate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
