About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to join our team in Cape Town. With over 15 years of experience in leading software development teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software lifecycle, from design to deployment. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- BSc. Computer Sciences or National Diploma in IT
- 15+ years working experience
- Previous management or leadership skills
- Advanced C# and Object Oriented Programming
- Expertise in Entity Framework, ASP.Net (Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript), report tools (Microsoft, SSRS)
- Strong understanding of MVVM, MVC, WCF or equivalent services
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, TFS, GIT, and MS SQL
