About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our boutique and gallery team in Ehlanzeni. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Restock shelves and maintain store appearance
• Process sales data and reconcile daily reports
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Tourism, Hospitality, Art, or Sales (advantageous)
• 12 years experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Experience in boutique, gallery, hotel, or luxury retail environments (preferred)
