About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a Technician-Project Manager (Civil) to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience working on various projects across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from conception to completion
Oversee construction sites, including housing developments, building maintenance, landfill sites, and infrastructure upgrades
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Requirements

National Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
