work in their ISP/IT environment. The candidate will field incoming sales requests by chats, email and
telephones calls. The position is office bound and based in Epping, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer communications via chat, calls, and emails.
- Advise clients on internet connectivity solutions and actively convert leads into customers.
- Manage customer order fulfillment with FNOs (Fiber Network Operators) for installations and issue resolution.
- Schedule and assign necessary equipment for customer installations.
- Follow up on sales leads and submitted quotes.
- Liaise and schedule work between technical teams and customers.
- Capture and process inbound stock.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications: Matric Certificate
- Experience:
- Basic to mid-level proficiency in Excel.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales position (advantageous).
- Understanding of Internet and Internet Service Provider terminology (advantageous).
- Personality & Skills:
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Well-spoken with a vibrant telephonic persona.
- Meticulous and methodical approach to work.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Ability to handle stress and manage customers calmly.
- Ability to think both practically and creatively.
