About the Role
A high-demand opportunity is available for a Financial Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, people, and processes, and takes pride in keeping things accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management & Signatures: Manage all documentation via QuickSign (or similar digital signing platforms), Prepare, upload, and distribute documents for electronic signature, Track and follow up on outstanding signatures to ensure timely completion, Maintain an organized and up-to-date digital filing system.
- Bank & Accounting Administration: Import bank statements into Xero on a regular basis, Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations in Xero, Investigate and resolve unreconciled items, Ensure all transactions are correctly coded and supported.
- Payments Processing: Prepare and process online payments in line with internal controls, Ensure all payments are properly authorized before release, Maintain payment schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Expense & Receipt Management: Manage Dext (or similar expense management software), Ensure all supplier invoices and receipts are uploaded monthly, Follow up with staff and suppliers for outstanding documentation, Maintain completeness and accuracy of expense records.
- Financial Administration & Communication: Respond to financial queries via email in a professional and timely manner, Liaise with internal team members, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters, Assist with general financial administration tasks as required, Support accountants or financial managers with ad hoc requests.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping (advantageous)
23 years experience in a similar role
Experience with Xero (essential)
Experience with Dext and digital signing tools (preferred)

Salary & Benefits
R10k – R20k per month. Final offer will depend on hours, qualifications, experience, and skills.
