About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior AI and Digital Marketing professional to join our team as a Centurion. As a key member of our marketing and analytics department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve performance across divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI-driven solutions for marketing campaigns, recruitment pipelines, sales forecasting, bid optimization, and HR analytics.
- Support data analysis and reporting to improve performance across divisions.
- Contribute to the integration of machine learning models into workflows (e.g., candidate matching, lead scoring, campaign personalization).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and visualize insights.
- Research emerging AI tools and trends relevant to marketing, HR, and sales.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear, structured manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Around 6-12 months of hands-on experience (internship, project work, or junior role) in AI or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Exposure to HR/recruitment tools, sales analytics, or bid management systems is a plus.
