About the Role
Tshwane Training Institute is seeking a Junior Administrator & Training Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate training activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless training delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support (filing, data capturing, document control)
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and learner communication
- Assist with learner registrations, onboarding, and record keeping
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and training documentation
- Support facilitators and assessors with training logistics
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
- Order office supplies and assist with general office management
Requirements
- Min Matric
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow in the training environment
