About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead the analysis, design and delivery of digital and process-driven solutions that support and optimise business operations. As a commercially minded professional, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, responsible for understanding business processes, translating requirements into delivery plans and managing a team of Developers and delivery resources to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Define and prioritise initiatives that support business improvement and digital enablement.
- Lead and manage a team of Developers and delivery resources.
- Plan, prioritise and allocate work across the development team.
- Monitor delivery progress, quality and performance against agreed timelines.
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to team members.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear delivery objectives and work packages.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to business goals and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement or digital delivery roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of Developers or technical delivery resources.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems-enabled change.
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable).
