About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across our Stellenbosch property, a well-known wine estate and boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple outlets, including restaurants, a tasting room, lounge, and in-room dining, while providing exceptional guest relations and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the service team across multiple F&B outlets
- Develop and implement team development strategies
- Manage budgets and stock control for all F&B operations
- Provide exceptional guest relations and service
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, tasting room, lounge, and in-room dining
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior F&B management role in hotels or fine dining
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development ability
- Solid financial skills including budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in POS systems, Protel, and Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation and genuine service-first approach
