About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Debtors Team Leader to join our City Deep team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a debtors team, ensuring timely collection of debts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a debtors team to achieve collection targets
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Experience on ERP system, preferably SAP Business One
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Requirements
- Grade 12 Credit control certificate or similar
- 5 years’ experience in Senior Credit Control role
- Experience with CGIC Manage debtors team
- Strong reconciliation skills
