About the Role
The Pay-per-click Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing campaigns for our organisation, working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
- Manage social media and Google Ads campaigns including strategy development performance tracking and optimisation
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
- Oversee and update digital content across websites landing pages blogs and social media channels
- Monitor emerging digital trends and identify new opportunities to strengthen customer engagement
- Manage online communities and maintain positive customer relationships across digital platforms
- Support the implementation of the organisation’s digital marketing and communication strategies
Requirements
- Relevant Marketing qualification
- Google Analytics Certification
- SEO, PPC Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in PPC and performance marketing environments
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficient in GA4 with the ability to analyse campaign performance and attribution data
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, tagging implementation and campaign measurement
- Experience working with WordPress and optimising landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms including bidding strategies and auction-based advertising models
